About Valeria
Valeria was born and raised in Marietta, GA attending Campbell High School. After high school, she attended Georgia State University graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in French. Through internships and after college, her career started as a commercial real estate analyst and associate in the lending side of the business. She has managed a $2.5B portfolio that included multifamily, office and retail assets concentrated in Metropolitan Atlanta, Tampa, Miami, and Nashville markets.
In the Summer of 2023, Valeria decided to expand her real estate knowledge by changing her career to residential real estate. She is a member of The Atlanta Board of REALTORS®. With her experience in the industry and knowledge in the market, Valeria shows up with honesty, integrity and always focused on the connection and relationship with her clients. She is proud to be part of the Janice Overbeck Real Estate Team!
Valeria is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French. Valeria volunteers in the operations committee with the Real Estate Association for Latinx Professionals (REA-L). She finds it important to represent her culture in anything she does! She loves to explore new restaurants around Atlanta, working on home renovation projects with her husband, and is always looking for a new class to attend on ClassPass!
