On Friday, January 26th, the Janice Overbeck Real Estate Team held an art show at their office benefiting ALS research. The exhibit included works from local Atlanta artists, Katherine Knowles and Rachel Silva, and Stacie Jean Albano of Savannah, Georgia. The opening also showcased a very special addition, DRIVE Project art pieces by Steve Dezember II, who has been fighting ALS since 2011. Dezember, who resides in Atlanta, has been creating art with acrylic on cotton and uses his wheelchair to paint various sizes of creations stretched over canvas. The art show raised $980 for ALS and will plan for a return again sometime in 2018.
