Here are the stats that show where Atlanta real estate is headed in Q4.
I have a brief market update to share for Metro Atlanta through Q3 of 2021. The average sale price is up 10% compared to this time last year. The list-to-sale price ratio has also gone up by 3% to 101.1%. That means we’re selling houses for 1.1% more than they are listed for on average around Metro Atlanta. To get all the latest stats, watch this short video.
The average days on market for Metro Atlanta is down more than 70% year over year to just eight days. Supply is 16.7% lower than this time last year when we already had low inventory. We need more listings to get back to a more balanced market.
