We have a few events coming up before 2021 is over that we want to invite you to be a part of with us:
Please join us at Red Sky Tapas & Bar on Wednesday, November 10, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. All you need to do is mention the Janice Overbeck real estate team, and 15% of the proceeds from your bill will go toward our nonprofit, which helps spay and neuter animals. Tell and bring your friends!
Next, we’ll be giving away free pies to our past, current, and future clients. So even if you haven’t yet bought a home with us but plan to in the future, please come by and get a pie. We’ll be handing them out at our office (2249 Roswell Road, Marietta, GA) from November 22 to 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To RSVP, please call (404) 585-8881, then you can just come on by and pick up your Thanksgiving pie.

Then we’re hosting our fifth-annual Sweets With Santa event on Saturday, December 4, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is also taking place at our office in Marietta, so come on out, bring your children and fur babies, and take photos with Santa. You’ll get to take a print with you, and we’ll also email you a copy. Save yourself the stress and expense of going to the mall to see Santa; our event is free.
Last but not least, The Homeless Pet Foundation and Cobb County Animal Services will be at our office on December 4 (the same day as our Sweets With Santa event), from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to host pet adoptions. Pets of all shapes, sizes, breeds, and colors will be available, including cats and dogs, so be sure to stop by. Also, let your friends know about this event so that we can find homes for these homeless pets before the holidays.
